    Their tamales are great even though they could use a little more meat in them. Their verde sauce is wonderful but the red sauce needs a little more spice. Not hot spice, just enough to give it some flavor. Beans and rice are seasoned well and I appreciate the whole beans instead of the normal mashed!!

    Unequivocally THE BEST Mexican food in Madison. I am pretty sure I have eaten at most of them as a lover of the food, the people and the culture. El Pablano has the freshest, brightest tasting food. The staff are friendly and helpful. Fajitas, burrito, take any of their foods, everyone of them is outstanding. This is our go to place for a delicious quick bite.

    $1 tacos on Tuesday and Thursday. Great tasting and friendly people. Love it every time I go there.

    Nasty place with nasty employees. The woman that owns the place is a total B. Did I mention that their food totally sucks? There are so many better places for Mexican food in Madison. Pick any of them, they are bound to be better. Even Pedro's (which also totally sucks). Last time there I got a burrito and there was literally no meat in it. It was all beans, lettuce, and sour cream. I might as well of bought a can of refried beans and a box of cheap saltine crackers from Woodman's, it would have been better and cheaper. I also saw a mouse in their nasty bathroom when I went to wash my hands after eating. Additionally, in past visits I have seen a toddler running around in the kitchen area just wearing a diaper. The only worse Mexican place in Madison is La Hacienda!

    Counter service, super low key Mexican. $1 taco Tuesday. Staff are very friendly. It's in the Woodman's parking lot, there's not a lot of expectation but the food was tasty.
